Refund policy

Every Sila card is printed and programmed personally in your name. Because of that, it can't be resold or reused, and this policy is built around it.

No returns or cancellations

Once your payment is confirmed, production starts on a card that carries your name, title, and details. Orders can't be cancelled, returned, or refunded after that point.

Please review the live preview carefully before paying; what you see in the builder is exactly what we print.

Full refund if something is wrong with the card

If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, or the NFC chip doesn't work, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll process a full refund, or send a replacement if you prefer.

Declined content

If we cancel an order because its content is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights, that order is not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account you paid from, typically within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
