How does the card work?
Tap it on any modern phone and your profile opens in the browser. No app needed. A printed QR code covers older phones.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. After you place your order we contact you with the transfer details, and your card goes to print once the transfer is confirmed.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Profile revisions cost 19 SAR each: send us the change, we update your profile page, and the same card keeps working.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to program and dispatch within 3 to 5 working days after payment.
Where do you ship?
Within Saudi Arabia for now.
Can I return the card?
The card is printed and programmed in your name, so it can't be returned. If it arrives damaged or doesn't work, we refund you in full.
