These terms govern your use of the Sila store and the cards and profile pages we provide. By placing an order you agree to them.
What Sila is
Sila sells physical NFC business cards linked to a personal digital profile page hosted at sila.tawer.ae. The service is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT. Payment is by bank transfer: after you place your order, we contact you with the transfer details.
An optional custom card design is available for an additional 29 SAR per order; we contact you to agree on the design before printing.
Production starts once your transfer is confirmed. Each card is printed and programmed personally in your name; see the refund policy for what that means for returns. Orders left unpaid for 7 days may be cancelled.
Your card and your content
We print and program exactly what you design in the builder. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for having the right to use any name, logo, or link you include.
We may decline or cancel an order whose content is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights. Orders cancelled for such content are not refunded.
Delivery
We aim to program and dispatch within 3 to 5 working days of payment; this is a target, not a guarantee. Courier delivery times vary by city.
Delivery is currently available within Saudi Arabia only.
Your profile page
Your profile page is part of the purchase and stays live with the card. We may update or migrate the underlying service, keeping your link working; if the service were ever to be discontinued, we would notify you in advance.
Changes to your profile content after delivery cost 19 SAR per revision. Removing your profile entirely is free at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as described, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
